Please join Simona Aronow for an embodied week of learning Kabbalah, the Jewish Mystical tradition, through the direct experience of movement exploration and somatic awareness. This clear roadmap for understanding and navigating the dynamics of life has been passed down for generations, and can bring a positive and hopeful perspective to any situation. Topics covered will be The Tree of Life, Five Levels of Soul, Hebrew letters corresponding to Fire, Water and Air, and Kabbalistic Healing. You will be encouraged to open to your own direct experience and intuition, as a doorway to these ancient mystery teachings, in support of your spiritual growth and daily life. The community learning experience will be enriched with time for Embodied Prayer, Text study, and personal sharing. No movement or Kabbalah experience needed. All cultural backgrounds welcome.
