Visioning a way forward

Mountain Light Retreat Center is nestled on a hillside with views of mountains and pastures, and only the sounds of songbirds to distract. This was an ideal setting for our young and diverse organization, Bread and Roses, to hold a day-long retreat. This deep conversation centered on inclusion, diversity, and equity as we forged our Vision, Mission, and Values that will evolve into a Strategic Plan for coming years. The meeting spaces were inviting and varied, easily adapting to small and large groups alike. A great working kitchen and dining area was a wonderful bonus that made all feel welcomed and nurtured as we started the day. What's more, our host, Debbie Scott, was an excellent and clear communicator, thoroughly excelling in meeting all of our needs in a timely manner.
