Join Wendy and other healers for a weekend of restoration, peace and fellowship as a community. WE will offer an all levels:
gentle yoga, place a yin offering, a little rocket inspired vinyasa, a yoga nidra, and also
offering 9dbreathwork and a soundbath.
We will eat clean healthy meals with vegan options, and cook our breakfast/brunch together. On Saturday, we will walk the labyrinth that is on site, do some more yoga, and go to Coconut Thai restaurant Sat. night.
