Rooted in Resilience: An Autumn Retreat

As the season turns, nature lets go of what it no longer needs and settles into its roots. This day retreat invites you to do the same.

Rooted in Resilience is an Autumn Reset designed to help you get back on track with your Vedic Meditation   practice or take it deeper. In the quiet beauty of Mountain Light Retreat, you'll set aside the demands of daily life and give your nervous system the deep rest it has been asking for.

The Day Includes

  • Rounding instruction. Rounding combines gentle yoga postures (asanas), calming breathwork (pranayama), and Vedic Meditation in a specific sequence. It's sometimes called "industrial-strength meditation" because it allows the body to release unusually deep, long-held stress.

  • A nature walk through the peaceful grounds of Mountain Light.

  • A wisdom talk drawn from the Vedic tradition, offering practical insight you can carry into everyday life.

  • A lovingly prepared Satvic lunch and refreshments. Fresh, light, vegetarian food that nourishes the body and supports a clear, settled mind.

You'll leave rested, clear, and reconnected, with tools to stay grounded through the busy months ahead.

"Whether you learned Vedic Meditation or Transcendental Meditation, and whether you meditate daily or have drifted away from your practice, you're warmly welcome."
