Designing prayer beads for personal prayer is a truly special way to begin a spiritual practice or to enhance a trusted way of relating to God. Choose colors and patterns that speak to you and lead you to explore your own desire to connect deeply with the Holy. We will create our beads, review the practice of saying the Episcopal Rosary, and then walk the labyrinth with our beads in hand, joining these ancient spiritual practices. If you like, you may wish to create beads for a friend or to take to a shelter for those in need. Enjoy a day that is both playful and heart warming under the guidance of our retreat leader Deacon Salli Hartman.
